New Clients Registration Process
To begin an International Money Transfer (IMT) to Zimbabwe:
Please fill in the client form attached, Download our Hanstock Invest Client Form
Please post the client form to Hanstock Invest, 16 Gloucester Road, Wheatley, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN2 4JQ with the following:
A certified copy of your passport showing your passport number, personal details and photograph – this is only required for your first transaction – thereafter it will be on file with us
A refugee identity card from the home office will be acceptable as photo ID
A certified copy of your visa, residence or work permit work permit.
A certified / original proof of your current address (i.e. utility bill, council tax bill, or letter from your landlord – Please note a mobile phone bill is not acceptable) - not older than 3 months.
A certified / original copy of your bank statement – not older than 3 months
We are required to collect these documents by law and failure to provide these documents will result in a delay in registration or delay in your transfer until they are received by Hanstock Invest. Please see the attached leaflet "Protecting Society against Crime and Terrorism"

You can get these documents certified by your bank manager/local police station or Post Office or your manager/accountant at your place of work. They must state that the documents are a true copy of the original, sign and date and write their name and a contact number. Once we have received your forms we will notify you that you can then start depositing funds in our account and fax us a copy of your deposit slip.

Regular Clients
Simply deposit funds and fax your receipt to 01302 323754 or scan and email to hanstockinv@yahoo.co.uk and we will do the rest. Please ask the teller to put your name as the depositors name on the system so we can identify your deposit on the bank statement.

Changing your personal information
Customers are entitled to update or correct information that they have with us. Please contact us directly to up-date your information either by e-mail or letter – we must have any changes in writing.

Visa Letter (Leave to remain visas) - The British Embassy
We have had an overwhelming request from long standing clients for a letter to the The British Embassy to prove to that they have been remitting a regular amount of money per month to support their spouse and /or children. We now have a standard letter to that effect. If you require a letter please email us your details as well as the full name, address, contact No, date of birth, place of birth and passport number of the person you are applying for a visa on behalf of and we will do a letter for you on a Hanstock Invest letterhead. You need to have been remitting funds to your family for a minimum of six months to request a letter from us .There is an administration fee £5.00

Petrol & Diesel
We have Petrol and Diesel available in Chisipite, Harare. Coupons are 25 litres per coupon. Please deposit as with money transfers and fax through the receipt with the Name, Contact number and I.D. number of the receiver
